Uhhhh.....

I can't eat. I don't have an appetite and whenever I eat I feal nauseaous.
I can't sleep either.
Went to bed at 11:30. Woke up at 5. My eyes feel like weights. My neck is stiff.
I can barely function.
I'm so tired.
What is wrong with me?
